Unconfirmed Addresses
Please make sure that you confirm your address through our website or you will risk delayed shipment on your product.
We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Please keep in mind when calculating shipping times. We entrust our shipping carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
Signature Confirmation May Be required on orders over $250.
Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. Any return packages customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.
Extra verification will be required for some orders. We Will require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. We will email or call you to send in the government issued ID needed to fulfilled your order. If it's not received within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and a cancellation fee of 3% will be deducted.
Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported to the FBI.
